Cliff McDonald, from Water For Wildlife, passed this on to me. It's is a brochure from the National Park Service outlining 4 preliminary options as to their future policy in dealing with artificial water sources (i.e. guzzlers and big game drinkers) in the Mojave Preserve. You can comment up till November 20 2012.
Option 1 is no change to current policy.
Option 2 is a no go. Its an anti-hunter's wet dream. Wildlife populations will plummet to unhuntable numbers.
Option 3 is best for hunters.
Option 4 could be good or bad depending on how its interpreted.
