1st DEER!!!!!!

I shot my first deer ever on Friday evening, i saw like 12 deer earlyer in a field. so i was walking a ridge and heard a deer walking my way. i knelt down and drew my bow, as soon as the deer showed its self and turned broadside i shot. A complete pass through! and i was using carbon a/c/c arrows with a mechanical tip, (a vortec) with a 2 and 1/3" cutting diameter. My arrow went threw her shoulder blade and straight threw her heart. she went 40 yards and droped. It was AWSOME ive never been so pumped in my life. The blood trail was amazing but i didnt even need to track her, the exit wound was the size was huge. After getting my arrow back the blades were a little bent but they still did the job.

Good Job!!! Nothing beats the thrill of your first bow-kill deer. Don't make the mistake I did and rush her off to the processor, get some pictures to help you remember (not like you will ever forget) then post them here so we can all see! Again congrats thats awesome. Oh and by the way NOTHING is more thrilling than to be eyeball to eyeball to game at bow ranges and to connect like that especially your first time that is so cool right off the ground!!!
