Whent on a wild boar hunt at Black River Plantation in New Zion, South Carolina for my highschool senior trip. First off the guide, Ellwood, was amazing. Worked his butt to get some hogs. We came away with me the only one shooting a hog, but saw plenty (they kept dogding my bullets)
. I shot her 10-15 minutes after i got to my stand in the afternoon. A 50 yd. shot with, my 12 gauge remington 870 express magnum
, to the head did the trick. Dropped on the spot. weighed in at 90 lbs. dressed out at 45 lbs. Excellent experience highly recomend this place. I will try to post the pics when i get them back.
