I am very pleased to announce that dinner tickets and sponsor packages are now on sale for the 2nd Annual Sutter Buttes National Wild Turkey Federation Dinner Banquet!
This year we have moved the dinner to a larger location to accommodate more people. That's right this dinner is growing in size again this year and is becoming one of the more successful dinners in the area. The dinner just received 2 awards this year for highest number of new members in a new chapter and third in the state for new Jake member sign ups! Carrie is making this the one Turkey federation Dinner to be scene at and the one you will keep coming back to!
SPONSOR PACKAGES
There will be 2 sponsor packages to choose from this for those that are interested. Table sponsors are available at a price of $800 for 10 people, in addition you will receive $400 in raffle tickets and reserved seating for you and your guest at the dinner. Individual sponsorship is available also at a cost of $325 and you will receive $200 in raffle tickets. All dinner sponsor will be invited to the state convention and dinner tentatively to be held in February. Sponsors will also be entered into the drawing for the sponsor of the year!
DINNER MENU & BAR
We will be serving fresh carved Roasted Turkey, in addition to BBQ Tri Tip, Mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, salad and bread rolls. Appetizers will be served prior to the start of dinner. The Elks Lodge will be providing the bar at this years dinner.
Currently we are offering an early bird "Raffle Ticket Stimulus Package" until April 1st. If you purchase your raffle tickets prior to April 1st you will receive double the amount of chances in the Progressive drawing. Raffle ticket packages will be available in the amount of $100, $300 & $500. So order them now and get in on the double progressive tickets.
There will be drawings held for those who purchase dinner tickets prior to April 1st. In addition we will be having a door prize drawing, Ladies drawing and a Jakes drawing. During the evenings event we will be having several games to play in addition to the Silent Auction, Live Auction and general raffle.
