Just picked up a stag arms 6.8 spc and wanted to see what everyone though about using it on a hog.I can buy a SSA 110grain nosler accubond round that goes about 2800fps. I have a pre 64 model 70 feather weight in .308 that I use when I hunt now. Thanks everyone :) Still have not hunted just working on the ambulance but I visit the site to keep my hopes up that one day I will be able to go hunting but you need money *(dont have) or know someone to hunt these days :(

I have A model one 6.8 upper on a rockriver lower with a red dot mounted on top, its a 16" barrell. Ive tested it on hogs all the way out to about 175 yds with no problems. It was my go to gun for pigs, but shot placement is more important. Ive seen pigs take my 308 and 300 flip over recover and run.
