Phoenix Chapter > Wed., Aug. 20, 2003

Red Mountain > Hilton Phoenix East-Mesa /1011 W. Holmes, Mesa (NE corner of Alma School Rd. and Superstition Freeway / I-60)
Phoenix > Phoenix Mountain Preserve Reception Center/1431 E. Dunlap Ave.
Time (same for both locations):
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. / Seminar begins at 6:30 p.m.
Cost:
Same at both locations > $10, but will be waived if attendee joins RMEF at seminar; youth 16 years and younger get in free!

Featured speakers (same at both locations):
Steve Chappell, experienced elk guide and Pro Staffer w/ Primos Game Calls > will explain different calling and set-up techniques utilizing personal videos of actual hunts.
Duwane Adams, renown guide, author and optics expert > will cover the late elk seasons, as well as successful glassing techniques.
Note: Ariz. Game and Fish Dept. personnel will talk about Arizona’s elk herd; trophy preparation and field care will be expertly explained both by a taxidermist and a meat cutter; archery, muzzleloader, and rifle hunts will be covered, including trophy judging.
