I got a call from a good freind asking if I had time to go and help him fix a stretch of barb wire fence and maybe do a little long range hunting if time permitted. Well time permitted and this was the results, boath boar sported 3" tusk. The black one was put down at 480 yards on the run and later put down with a 10mm kimber, the blonde one was put to rest at about 370 yards. The pic of the meat is what a 168 grain 308 match bullet does at 480 yds, it blew up both hams!

What a mess. What kind of bullet? Solid ball ammo? Soft point?

The kimber gave him a couple more holes in his head. Remington model 700 5R milspec if you dont have one go get one! Also, plenty more meat running around out there.
