A Morning On Truman Lake

I havent been on for almost a week. Dang satillite modem took a crap and they just replaced it. I went to Truman Lake on Monday morning. It was snowing really hard when I was half way there and got worse the closer I got. But I put in anyway and it turned out to be a beautiful day on the water and in the mid 50's.

There was a pair of Eagles nearby, I slowly trolled over to the bluff for a shot. I got both of them in flight but not a good one.

And this is the result of a hard day at work..LOL.. 15 Crappie (limit) and 2 white bass.

Man, I need to put down my camera and pick up my fishing rod. Nice stringer! And nice images, your perseverance paid off!

The weather there looks awesome. Thats gonna be some great eating. Can't wait to get out trout fishing myself - opens April 1 - problem is there will still be snow on most of the streams around here.
