WOW- another one bites the dust-- sounds bad but not like Ron Hayes-Have been on both sides of cases with Satterburg- and will have to follow this one- i had a Class A lic for a few years- and the rules ain't that complicated esp for some one with as much experience as Hendricks.

Last year was a bad one for otfitters up here, three big ones got busted over the past year.

Wonder if these are the same prosecuters, as in Ted Stevens case, accused of gross prosecutoral misconduct, kind of has the same mysterious feel and smell of a case long on innuendo and short on simple facts, as stated in the indictment?...........Don

My guess is a lot of them are paperwork violations that can be used to plea bargin down so they can still get a conviction.
