Aluminum Tent Stakes!!!!

The other day I noticed an aluminum tent stake laying in the floorboard of my truck, one that I had used to secure a temporary turkey blind.  Why it never crossed my mind before I don't know, but on this day I picked it up and scratched it across my Primos Power Crystal friction call....and was blown away by the sound!!!

Available in a pack of four (or six - I don't remember) for only about $2 or less, this is item I highly recommend to add to your striker arsenal.  It works very, very good.

My advice is to blunt the tip slightly with a grinder and then round it off with sandpaper.  You might want to paint it.  Other than that, don't touch it - leave it as is and scratch to your heart's delight!

It works great on the Primos Power Crystal and really wakes up a K & H Sla-Tek Ol' Yeller call.  I have also tried it on real slate and aluminum striking surfaces.  It will work, but it's not going to beat your other tried and true strikers for those surfaces.

Give it a try!  You can't beat the price!  I promise you will like it!
