Archery pig hunt partner wanted in CA

I would like to hunt pig in the area and need a partner who just wants to start from the ground up like me. I enjoy the challenge of the outdoors and do not want to sport hunt but eat what i take. No, i dont. Other than public land hunts like D8. I hope to make some contacts as i go. What about you?

I am thinking that you might want to checkout Camp Roberts and Ft. Hunterl Ligget since there only 2 1/2 hours away. There is a lot of info on FHL in previous posts. With a bow or muzzleloader you can hunt nearer the roads. There are a lot of regs to learn which you can via there websites. Are there better public land hunting spots? If there are no one is going to say. Archery pig hunting would also give you a chance to scout for deer and both pplaces you can easily get a A-zone tag which is OTC. Of course there is plenty of competition but since both locations are under 150 miles with a partner thats not a bad deal dividing driving costs.
