Well I got the day off today so I was up and out at 3 am headed to l.s. in the woods by 6 am to get to my spot and wait for action! After 4 hrs in the ravine bottoms no piggies to be seen. Found some good sign for the effort , did a real good route but no luck at all. Just got back to the suv and regrouping and got a signal now so I can post.
Getting ready for the next area stay tuned!.....tra

P.s. this is a good way to end the year! It nice out here!...

Looks like a great weather, the rain yesterday was not too bad and cleared up by 3pm. I was hoping the rain would have them moving but that did not happen. Hopefully you sink a reaper in real soon.

Well my evening hunt was a bust, to much activity at the park by late afternoon with hikers and mulies and dogs running around but it was a great day to be out, it was my first time hunting on the weekend but it wasn't that bad for the New Years weekend, lot of boaters were out for sure.
Can't wait to get back up there for another great day of hunting wild pigs on public land.
