I see they dropped the come back after Aug 1 note, but the results page is still not active. I sure would like to know which tag we drew.

I didn't draw JACK SQUAT AGAIN. At least my son got a cow tag, so that will be fun.

I drew this same tag in '03 ...... I didn't get an Elk on that hunt but learned some about the unit .......

Looking forward to another chance and another good hunt and a good time in Young ......

Thanks Diablo. The muzzlelaoder season is a mid-to-late hunt (Nov 17-23). Hope the critters are too nervous by then.

azbiggame; my buddy drew archery elk 8 too! I might be rolling along with him, schedule permitting. I'm getting some conflicting info on the unit though; some have said the lack of water has made for tough times (for muleys), but others have said the water is not a problem. What's your 2 cents on that?

My "Info" from 2 Bros,that live in Williams say the elk are doing "GREAT",plenty of "Tops" in "06"

Unit 8 is a Elk unit

,the times I've been their ,have seen more Turkeys than I have Mule Deer,but as always a few "Booner" bucks do live there.Good Luck this FALL
