I drew 7W for rifle elk. I have been there on deer hunts (bow) and was wondering what it is like for elk. Must be a zoo with 475 permits. Any info is appreciated.
I tried a map service last year where for 250.00 you get a detailed forest service map, spots specifically marked and written instructions on what roads to take and where to look for elk that have been watched/scouted by Duwane Adams and his guides. This really helped me last year in an area that I did not have the time to scout extensively.
