Great bull. Tough hunt in there sometimes I've heard. And YngHntr, check the online NM G&F Book. They have a great Dept. in my book. Extremely helpful folk's. And if you LOOK at numbers the way they tell you, you have a good chance to draw a tag. Good luck, I leave for NM Sat.

Very cool! Nice bull. So it sounds like the unit really didn't hold up to the Gila's famous reputation. Kinda surprising. Was it supposed to be one of the Gila's better units?

Cogratulations on a great hunt with your brother. Was it hard to draw this area? 50 tags isn't very many and how big is the area? At least you came out with a great trophy and a lot of experience for next year.
