Spring has finally arrived, and so have the flowers and the honey bees. I got this really nice picture of a bee leaving a flower after loading up with pollen on his back legs.

Steve that is one cool pic. What kind of camera are you using? I just bought a Canon EOS digital rebel. I am using the auto settings right now because I am a novice at SLR cameras.

That is SA_WEET!. Love how it got the wings blurred. You know it's flying that way.

Awesome picture.

Sorry to leave you hanging. I was busy yesterday and didn't have time to post the camera info.

It was taken with a Sony DSC-S85 4-megapixel camera. I took about 50 pictures, and that one's probably the best. I had it on macro focus mode and I was probably 6 inches away from the bee.

Here's the exif info from the picture:

------------- Camera Exif Information -----------------

Flash Taken: Yes
F stop: f/5.6
Exposure Time: 1/500 Second
Metering Mode: Spot
Focal Length: 21.00 mm
ISO Rating: 100
