I don't have any plans, but the benchs at our club are made of cinder blocks and concrete. Very nice, all you have to do is figure out the height of you cinder blocks and build a form for the concrete top. Forgot to add, the cinder blocks are in "T" formation, allowing for either right or left-handed shooters. Hope this helps.
Here is a shooting table I just made for out on our hunting lease. I made it tall so you could shoot standing up, like maybe leaning on a fence post or whatever. It's heavy as I made it all out of PT 2x6 and 4x4. I do have plans which I made in a program called VISIO which I can share if anyone's interested, or I can take more detailed photos. I do have more photos of it in an album on my Webshots photo site.
That is one work of craftmanship on your shooting bench you built. If you don't have plans could you post more photos of it and maybe give a few dimensions for us. I know one I wrestled with was the relationship between the seat and benchtop. Much like you did, I made mine so it could be used by lefties as well as right handers. I like the center cut out best as it leaves room on the other side for a spotting scope etc. Looks like you've got a great setup. I had to make do with an existing shed without a floor that always seemed to be flooded or a mudhole. I think I might still need to build a seating bench for guests and a place to place all the rest of my gear.
Hmmm I've added two separate replies but they haven't showed up so I'm posting another one.
I've been able to paste my VISIO plans into a MS Word document but it's still 250k in size and to big to attach to a posting. I've taken more photos of the underside framing details and posted them in my WebShots album titled " More Stands, Blinds, Gear & Shooting Tables ". If anyone wants the plans send me your email address and I'll send them to you.
