Bishop Elk herd

I have been scouting like a mad man with (halfpakcerts) he has the only Bishop bull tag that opens Nov. 4th.
Earlier we found just about every bull in the area. Now they have moved....or drowned in the Owens. We are seeing very few bulls and all are pretty broken up from the rut. Anyone have any info on these Elk and would like to help out let me know.

Was up there this weekend...they are all down low, i saw tons down in the alfalfa fields
