Black buck antelope in California

Can live blackbuck antelope be brought into California to raise as an exotic game animal to hunt?

I wouldnt see why not. NativeHunt has Fallow deer in Montery to hunt behind High Fences along with pure european hogs. So if they were brought in to the state as Livestock and you had the proper facilites I wouldnt see why not. Other states you can.

I don't see black buck on the list, but i'm not a biologist. I'm sure there is a great deal of paper and licensing involved.

Cal fish and game got back to me and they will not allow blackbuck in California. Too bad, but lets go ahead and have those ugly water buff and yaks on ranches. Whatever. I will now attempt to get some Mouflons to put up on my ranch.
