Blackfin Skeg Helps River Region Guide Service Expand Services!

Montgomery, Alabama -Central Alabama's best bass fishing, River Region Guide Service is pleased to announce a recent expansion of its services. Now, with four fulltime guides, River Region Guide Service is now working in conjunction with the Legends at Capitol Hill in Prattville, Alabama to offer half day or full day guided fishing trips to compliment a great round of golf. Now clients can enjoy a day on the water with a professional guide and then tee up on one of three of the championship courses offered at Legends at Capitol Hill. This expansion also allows River Region Guide Service to accommodate larger corporate groups for private guided fishing trips.

All of the River Region Guide Service Ranger boats are equipped with the Blackfin Skeg This special tool allows these boats to fish "Skinny" waters that most full sized bass boats would not attempt to enter. River Region Guide Service is thereby able to fish areas that are undisturbed and unreachable by most other fishing guides.

According to Ben Gross owner of the guide service, "It is crucial to my business that our equipment be ready when our clients call. Using the Blackfin Skeg provides us with a piece of security that we are not going to have to worry about being down due to a busted skeg which usually accompanies lower unit and prop damage."

The unusually heavy rains that have occurred this winter in the Alabama area have resulted in a large number of floating obstructions such as large limbs and logs. The Blackfin Skeg will also protect existing skegs should they make contact with any of this debris. "My guides did not wait until they had damaged their skegs. They installed the Blackfin Skeg over their existing skeg to prevent damage. I personally installed the Blackfin Skeg to my new Evinrude E-TEC 250HO before it ever hit the water.

"Another added bonus of the Blackfin Skeg is the increase in handling and performance. All of my guides immediately noticed the more stable turning capabilities achieved with the Blackfin Skeg," added Gross.

Don't jeopardize your tournament or recreational fun on the water by venturing out without the protection of a Blackfin Skeg. Why wait until your boat is out of commission to put on a Blackfin Skeg? Protect your boat and your fun, before the devastating sound of grinding rocks takes your boat of the water.

Installation is a breeze using the supplied marine adhesive that comes with each Blackfin Skeg. The adhesive can withstand the rigors of the extreme water pressure placed upon it even at the high speeds produced by the new high horsepower outboards. With no drilling or bolts to weaken your existing skeg, the Blackfin Skeg is in a class of its own.

Designed to fix, protect and perform, The Blackfin Skeg is made from a proprietary high impact composite material featuring two tapered wings on each side for structural reinforcement and lift at every angle of engine trim. The Blackfin also uniquely features a sacrificial node on the bottom, limiting the engine's skeg from plowing into underwater objects, and designed to turn the engine slightly on side impact for more prop protection.

PROTECTION AND PERFORMANCE, THERE IS NOTHING TOUGHER ON THE WATER THAN THE BLACKFIN SKEG! For additional information on Blackfin Skeg contact Re: The Outdoors at 334-612-0859.
