Take a look at the BLM website for some pretty decent info. You'll see that most of their properties are listed with "fair" pig hunting at best. I think that's actually pretty accurate. There are pigs, but they're hard work, and if anyone has been there first, the pigs'll be pretty much invisible.
Check out the website, then head over to the BLM office in Hollister and pick up some maps. Good luck.

You're not going to get much out of the BLM sites right now. The BLM sites are all down, due to a court order.
This also applies to the Fish & Wildlife Service as well.

I am going to check out Clear Creek,Condon Peak,laguana mountain the first week in january.
I'll let you know what I find.A couple of buddies go motor-cycle riding there and said they see pigs every time.If anyone has any advice or info to share

Laguna Mt, CLear Creek, Condon Peak, Sweetwater springs are all off Coalinga Rd You can also access Clear Creek Management Area form the other side through New Idria which is off Idria Rd/Panoche Rd which you can get to from Hwy 5. You can get to Coalinga Rd from Coalinga or Hwy25 from King City Side.
Clear Creek Management is the largest area (50,000 Acres) There is a natural ring of Asbestos that surrounds it, but that should not be a problem during wet season.

Important note!
Just tried to make the passage from Clear Creek to Idria this past weekend. The road from the pass down to Idria is closed, and the detour is extremely messy. Unless you have a pumped up offroad vehicle, I'd advise hitting Coalinga Rd and heading in that way.

I checked the Idria area out in October, and the road past the ghost-town-like area and up the mountain was indeed messy. Muddy, and lots of erosion. The survelliance camera warning sign kind of gave me the creeps, but from the looks of it I think whoever lives there gets hassled a lot and wants a record of it.
The Coalinga Rd. side is fun and VERY busy on the weekends, with the offroaders/dirbike riders camping along the main dirt road. I like how the BLM set-up the creeks to run through the roads and wind around campsites.
I also kept driving east on Coalinga Rd. past the main gate, as there were other gates marked on the map, but it was all bordered by private property so I turned around after about 15 miles.
I never went that far in... can anyone tell me how may miles from the main gate to the hunting area? Not sure when to stop or when to give-up. That area in general looked like some prime pig habitat.

Once you're in the Management area, you're pretty much in hunting land. Just need to pull on your boots and hit the trail.
There is usually a BLM produced pamphlet available at most of the campgrounds, and at the gate. It recommends certain areas for hunting, and describes the territory in other parts of the unit. It's actually a pretty good sized place.
Once you leave Clear Creek, there are other areas as well. They're a little trickier, since they are surrounded (and in some cases, cut through) with private property, so a map and a close watch for signs is a must.
I've talked to some folks who are regular dirt-bikers there. They said they occasionally see pigs along the dirt bike trails. The main trails really don't go that far from the main road, though. The hunters I've seen have hit the creeks and headed way back in there.
