Building a couple of toys...prelim pics.

Got lots of parts on order. Some have come in and some are waiting to be shipped. AR crap is just FLYING off the shelf and into the parts bin. I heard Stag, RRA and CMMG have sold out all of their 09' production run. It's just off the hook. Try getting a Vltor upper or some lowers....6-12+ week waiting list time. Some places luckily have some stuff in but they are adjusting the price darn near hourly!


Some pics of my goodies. SOOOO much more to come in I'm not even going to bother listing it. Lets just say I'm building a plinker .223, a match .223 and a match 6.5 Grendel and I have about 3K worth of ammo for each. The birth of my BLACK RIFLES has begun. Stag lower and 2 POF billet lowers will be picked up this Friday. Barrels are on order. I JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT!!!! I'm not good at that.

I'm jealous. I have 3 lowers waiting for parts kits. Thinking about getting an AR-10 lower also.

any updates or pictures? i too am waiting for a lower to come in-- i'm number 70 at my local shop and there down to number 35

I know what you mean by everything flyin off the shelves. Sheridan is usually a quiet town but at the local gun store i checked in they had 7 semi automatic .223s there a week later I go back not so much as a mini 14! Every time I go there there is some yahoo buying a protection revolver. even reloading stuff is flyin out. The state is in a sence of pandemonium

Sorry guys. Things have been just trickling in. I have 3 builds going. A higher end plinker, a .223 long range match grade heavy barrel gun and a super accurate match 6.5 Grendel/CSS for 1000yd and in shots. Magpul PRS stocks and buffer tubes should be in next week, Larue Stealth Upper within the month and 2 Daniel Defense rails anytime. Gas blocks, gas tubes and flash hiders are tucked away somewhere in my sock drawer.

***just got an email - I bought a 50 Beowulf barrel to go with a solo Stagg upper I have. ***** Rail - gas tube - gas block - and comp need to be bought now! CRAPIMGOINGBROKE.COM

Here is a pic of my Sun Devil Billet upper with my 2 POF lowers, Timney trigger is one of them along with the KNS anti-rotation pins, Lower Parts kits, gas tube cleaning tool and charging handles.

Here is my ammo chache (what I'm willing to show anyway ) 1k of Federal Lake City XM193 1k of 55gr Privi's and 600 rds of 62gr steel tip and lastly some 75gr Privi Match ammo. 500rds of 6.5 Grenden 123 Lapua is on it's way.
