The billfish catches this week were very difficult to come by, with only about 10% of the boats connecting. On the other-hand, many of the boats were targeting the yellowfin tuna, which were in a different area than where the better billfish catches had come from the previous week, so it may not reflect a clear picture of how the fishing really is.The high boat and biggest fish for the week was the "Fish Cabo I", reporting in with a 250 lb. blue marlin, along with 3 stripers released and rounding out his days with 27 yellowfin tuna. Overall catches for the Fleet for 31 days fished, reflected 1 blue marlin, 6 stripers released, 11 dorado and 95 yellowfin tuna.
