California legal AR 15 type

I have interest in buying a complete california legal AR 15 type rifle. I am looking for one with the 10 round fixed magazine (The single shot just doesn't suit me) . Does any one have a good source for this rifle. I have only seen one on the net and I have no information about the company.

I know second amendment sports in Bakersfield had them a few months ago, they were ok but I still like the idea of detachable mags.

i have seen them on the net they have a fixed 10 rd mag and the top of the reciever opens and you load them with a stripper clip do a search for calif leagale ar-15 it should come up

Detachable mags are great if you can get a legal one but here they are not legal.

I went to a range in San Luis Obispo that I had not been to before they had the gun complete as a rental so I got to shoot it. They also sell the gun complete as well as the stripped lower. Thanks for your respones. If any one wants a lead on these gun give a hollar and I will send over the name of the shop.

The CA legal lower is called the FAB-10. It's...well...it holds an upper on. Though legal, I was not impressed by them (I put one together for a friend with a Rock River Arms upper). It does the job, but the finish was kind of cheesy (epoxy painted vice the normal parkerized or anodized finish). I just can't see paying that kind of $ for something that defeats the purpose of the AR-15, and looks like crap to boot. Just my $.02 worth....
