Im packed and ready to go. This is my first bow hunting trip. who's going will be camped at the tracks in a pop up trailer hope to see you there. (jhp).

Well were back from CR and we had a blast. We didnt see any hogs but we saw plenty of deer and my cousin shot his first buck with his bow. one of my cousins shot at 3 different bucks but missed

3 of the bucks were together he shot about 4 inches over ones back. the other two bucks were in different areas they stood brod side as he shot one shot was to low and the other to high at two different bucks. and for the other cousin he shot at 3 other bucks and finally got 1 he shot all 4 of his arrows at 2 bucks and ran out of arrows and he looked untill he found an arrow and got within shooting of the last buck that he shot at range 40 yards and stuck his first buck . and for me i shot at a buck but shot over his back this is the first time we saw so much buck. and for bow hunting im hooked I cant wait till general season just to be hunting again

Sounds like you had a good time. I gave up on bows 35 years ago, and now am sorry I did. Keep practicing with that bow --- it is more "hunting" than using a rifle.

it was lots of fun. And its a big challenge to hunt with a bow we know for next time to stock up on arrows we were down to our last because of the early morning rabbits and then missing the deer. we figured we were shooting targets all the way up to 60 yards back at home no problem. but when the deer pop out all h;; went out of place with the adrenelim. i had a range finder but sometimes there aint time for it and you have to take a shot like right now and pretty much guessing the deers range. all and all im a bow huntin fool lol.

hey rudy no luck on sunday !! i thought for sure you guys would have gotton one more your cousin sure was exited about his first deer we only seen the seven piglets that we didnt get a shot at and one of the guys with us jumped a nice 3x3 but couldnt connect with it for all the heat we seen a lot of animals cant wiat till next trip vern

the place didnt have a lot of hunters as normal we had 4 guys in our group seen a lot but no hogs or deer taken and we seen maybe 3 other hunters not counting hunt hards group there were about 15 cars in line in the morning but they all spead out it was fun chasing thoses littl

e piglets around the thick brush but just coundnt get a clear shoot vern
