camping on fhl

fhl is now open for hunting,but what about camping is the camp ground open.if not is there anywhere close by?

The campground is open. It is on a first come first serve basis.
There is an envelope to fill out and put your money in.
The camping sites are numbered and have a picnic table and fire pit. Once these fill up there is an overflow area in the back. There is usually ample room unless it is a big hunting weekend. (An opening day).
To get onto the base you must have vehicle registration, drivers license, and proof of insurance for your vehicle. Right now they are searching all vehicles and inspecting all firearms as you enter the base.                  Fubar

Fubar, if you get there Friday to register, do they let you in to camp Friday night, or do you have to come back in the morning?  Also, if the hunting is all filled up will they let you in to fish?

Hey, can I arrive around 2 am Saturday morning and sleep in my truck and register for a unit first thing Saturday morning?
