Has anyone used a Canon Snappy Qt. I picked one up today, opened it up, and wired the halfway and shutter button together.

Looks like it is working fine,.

The question i have is will the focus work correctly. In the book it said when taking a picture to hold down the shutter button halfway until the green light comes on, then push all the way to take the picture.

Thanks for any help, thanks Jesse for the site and info. I cannot wait for my first pictures!!

Rtimchack, Davered1 said he was awaiting the arrival of a canon snappy. Maybe between the 2 of you, you can come up with something.:toast-yellow:

Let me know what the verdict is!
a wiring pic would be helpful also.

That is it.

The only thing with the Canon Snappy is the power of the flash may be a little weak.
