Laser measured and sorted arrow sets deliver tightest tolerances in the industry
Flushing, Michigan -- Carbon Express®, the leading innovator of high performance carbon arrows, is now offering its premium hunting and target shafts in laser matched Spine-Selected™ Sets. Long known for superior construction and tight tolerances, Carbon Express® arrows have the most consistent spines in the industry and now they are the only brand that laser sorts its premium hunting and target shafts to ensure all the arrows in a set have the same spine tolerance. A laser is used to measure the spine deflection of each arrow. Based on the model, the arrows must meet a predetermined tolerance level to be considered in the Spine-Selected™ Set.
In addition to laser matched Spine-Selected™ Sets, Carbon Express® laser checks all arrows for straightness to a remarkable 1/10,000 of an inch and utilizes a fully automated, electronic sorting system to precisely match the weight of each arrow in a boxed set. Unlike most manufacturers, these tolerances are maximum measurements, not merely averages.
The new laser matched Spine-Selected™ arrows are available in the new Aramid KV™, Maxima Hunter®, Maxima® arrows and all target arrows.
