Saw an ad for Cedar Canyon Ranch in the Tehachapi area. Ad stated they have hogs and "exotics" (such as goats I assume). Has anyone ever hunter here and is it worth it or is it just another put and take place like Big Horn Canyon? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's a put and take place like Big Horn, just nicer area. Easy way to find out if the pigs are put and take is by asking if you need a hunting license and pig tags. If the answer is no, then your hunting released domestic pigs.
