HANNIBAL, Mo. — Families and outdoor enthusiasts are invited to celebrate National Hunting and Fishing Day on Sept. 28. This day-long event, co-sponsored by The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Warren G. See South Spillway recreation area at Mark Twain Lake.
