Someone I know has travelled extensively in Europe and told me that wild boar is a common ingredient in many dishes from northern Italy. Apparently "wild boar" in Italian is "Cinghiale."
I've heard that one can make some really good pasta sauce from wild boar meat. Any of you have a recipe?
