CO Application Deadline

There are still the fall turkey, deadline in July, and the OTC bull elk tags.

My applications are there. Waiting to see if I get lucky and get a deer tag. If not I will take another preference point for deer and elk, but will definitely be hunting bull elk with an over the counter tag.

I didn't even put in for points. I saved points for the last 3 years, went to 21 last year and decided it wasn't worth it anymore.

I'm hunting PP for deer this year.

Applied for Elk in a new place this year. My buddy has a great place, so off I go. Applied for private land deer in Craig. Going to antelope in WY. Still might do white tail doe in NB. Started Spring turkey this year.

Should be a fun year!

I put in for a deer point this year, with the intention of applying for a deer tag next year, and buying an OTC elk tag. I have a connection with a guy who gets one of each, and sometimes 2 elk a year, and has offered to point me int he right direction.

Hopefully get to do a combo hunt, and double my chances.
