Colorado 2006

I'm looking for suggestions for Colorado 2006, I have 6 points and would like to shoot a good elk, muzzleloader would be fine. I dont need specifics, just units where I can start my research. Thanks

Not sure on the points needed for a Nonresident in GMU 76, but it would be a good one. Not very many GMU's in CO are a draw, but the ones that are require a lot with the exception of 66, 67 and 76, but they're gaining.

Plus, starting next year, any GMU that requires 5 or more points will be going to 80/20 res/nonres. so you might not want to hold on to them for too long

Thanks for the info, but it looks like 76 requires more points than I have. Have you any info on GMU 40? It looks like I might have enough points to draw a muzzleloader tag.
