A group of us applied and drew either sex tags. We need to know just what that means.
I am under the opinion that this tag means I can shoot either a cow or a bull with 5" brow-tines.
Does the bull also need to be a 4-point with 5" brow-tines?
Does an either sex tag mean that ANY elk is legal?
Of course all of this is pointless if we don't see any elk!
Just in case, who knows the correct ruling on this?

A bull can either have the brow tines or points in the restricted units. A cow is a cow..... You can shoot either. On units without the restrictions you could shoot any elk. Make sure if it is a bull or cow you leave a piece of the hide attached to the meat with proof of sex. A lot of peiple cut it all off and will get a fine.
