Colorado units 25/26 Nov Elk hunt

I see that there are some over the counter Elk tags. Would the Nov 11-15 hunt in units 25 / 26 be any good?

OTC tags went on sale this morning and they are a selling!

I have never hunted those units before. However, I have hunted units 12, &13 near Meeker and have done well.
