Last summer, I went out to my family land to do some work on a couple of stands and feeders. It was about 15 minutes till one of my feeders went off, so I went to the stand and crawled up in it with only a videocmaera and not a gun. Right when the feeder went off over 30 hogs came to it. There was 3 or 4 boars 6 or 7 sows and 20 babies that weighed about 10 pounds a piece. I videoed them for about 30 minutes. It was incredible. They stayed there ate the corn and rooted around. Every time a baby would get close to the corn a momma sow would fling it about 10 feet with its snout. I even had one sow lay down and nurse her babies under the feeder. Outa nowhere all the hogs got spooked and the sows snorted at the babies. All twenty babies took off together and headed about 50 yards away and stood together almost right under my stand. It was realy cool too see them comunicate like that. What had spooked them was a huge boar, it weighed about 250. He came out and all the rest took off. Since all the corn was gone the Boar went up to one of the legs of the feeder and kept rubbing on it making corn fall out. He kept doing that and eating it for about 15 minutes. These hogs are pretty damn smart....

Nice pics, by the look of the hole under the feeder those hogs come around quite often.
