i have had the shed bug for the last few weeks, and i got permission on a new spot. i got up early this morning so it wasnt to hot out, and i was hunting at 630 am. it was nice and cool out and i was hoping that that the grass wasnt going to be too tall. i ended up with 3 sheds and a winter kill. All of the sheds were above the average for me, which was a plus. i only spent about 2 and a half hours walking cause it was too hot for my dog, but i gurantee i will be back next season. this was my smallest winter kill this season, but he has some character. i have seen quite a few others on this forrum very simmilar to him. is the deformed antler a result of a busted off antler in previous years?

As soon as i picked up my last shed i was estatic with joy cause i new i had this deer at home in my collection. i looked everywhere for the other side but had no luck. the shed is about 3 years old (a rough estimate) and a good 3 miles from where i found him dead my first trip out the season.
