CR Memorial Day Weekend

Looks like I'll be taking the boys for their first actual big game hunt on Memorial Day Weekend. 12 & 13, boy are they excited. Like you see in my picture, My daugter (on her first hunt) and I each took one at CR 2 years ago. I've had some problems with my shootin' arm, and been away from hunting most of this year, but the surgery took well, and I'm ready to go!

Anyone else heading that way for Memorial Day?

How does CR get during holiday weekends? Is it pretty packed up there or do they have a limit of hunters per day?

no limit of hunters, which worries me sometimes, it can get ugly.

It gets a little crowded around the river, but the rest of the place is so big, it's not a problem. Even at the river, it's not as bad as a typical weekend in our local mountains (SBD), during deer season.

Oh yeah, and if you want to see crowded, go to Laguna Mt. on a weekend.
