CWA kids camps still have room

RED BLUFF — Time is running out to grab the remaining slots for the California Waterfowl Association's Kids Outdoor Sports Camps at the Red Bank Ale and Quail Club near here.
There are beginning camps for juniors who do not have their hunter education certificate and camps for juniors who do. Beginners will learn about shotgun sports, blackpowder rifles, archery and fishing; advanced campers will learn how to track animals, fly fish, clean fish and place decoys.
The first advanced camp is June 15-20, with another set for July 13-18; beginner camps are set for June 22-27 and July 6-11. Cost is $500 per camper.
