CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- The Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center’s August “Discovery Center” is focusing on Nature Deficit Disorder. According to Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) Education Consultant Bridget Jackson, the event holds vital information for every parent, teacher, aunt, uncle and grandparent. On Saturday, Aug. 4, from 1 to 4 p.m., Jackson will present information on Nature Deficit Disorder at the Nature Center.
