Dissapointed in MDC

There is a rock quarry being put in up at our land whic is right along the departments line for Danville area near Montgomery City.  Everyone with in 1000 ft. of it got a letter for a meeting.  I think the meeting was on Tuesday, and there wasn't any reps from MDC.  I thought they were against this kind of stuff.  The meeting was tabled till Jan. 26.

That's about the most inconsiderate thing I have ever heard of. How could someone do this to their neighbors.

The noise, dust and equipment will be just about unbearable. Local land values will plummet and the water table will probably be affected.

I think it's safe to say there will be a marked decrease in wildlife both on state and private ground.

Call your legislators right away Duke.
