Hunters who use wheelchairs, crutches or prosthetic limbs can enjoy hunting, thanks to MDC and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
DEXTER—People who want to hunt but hesitate because of mobility impairments can put aside their worries and pick up their shotguns. The Conservation Department (MDC) and the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) are sponsoring a special event for disabled hunters Sept. 2 at Otter Slough Conservation Area in Stoddard County.
