There is the San Jacinto wildlife area which is actually out to the west of San Jacinto on the Ramona Expressway.  Also on the east side of Hemet just off of Florida Ave. there is access to the San Jacinto riverbed.  You need to check some BLM maps for the location of the BLM property there, but its close to the Cranston Forrestry station on the way to Idlywild.  Also, again check the BLM maps, but there is some areas in the Bautista canyon which is east of Hemet and a little south of Valley Vista.

Some secrets are just too good to give away!!:tongue-green:

Yes, there are some areas to hunt, including Lake Perris. There is still a lot of open land out there, and short of checking local regs. (I haven't done) you shouldn't have a very hard time finding a free area to hunt, and even possibly a land owner that will sign the permission slip.

Keep in touch, you never know when I will let my soft side show!!
