During my current T-cam build project it dawned on me that I have
a trached old 35 mm compact cam, I was thinking to take the flash
part from that cam and add it to my box, then wire the flash trigger
which should just be a switch to the switch on my cam ( serial connection )
it would have it's own power supply ( nasty little bugger, shocked me a few times )

I am now wondering,

1. would I have a sync problem ?
2. Would I over expose my film ?

Cheers

"Very likely" on both questions.  To get accurate flash sync - try a "slave flash" trigger for the secondary flash.  Place the second flash in its own box and mount it out where you need more light - that should help reduce over-exposing.
Search this forum and the 'net for "slave flash" and you'll turn up tons of info.

Good Luck!,
