Took some duck breasts, cut them into one inch cubes. Marinated them in Italian Dressing overnight.
Put them together with either a slice of green onion or a slice of garlic. Wrapped them together with slice of thick cut peppered bacon. Put them back in the italian dressing until it was time for the party to start (a few hours).
Put them on the barbeque at medium heat and cooked until medium rare (maybe four or 5 mintues each side). They went like hot cakes.
Even my non-wild-game-eating friends were fighting over seconds and thirds.
