East Park Reservoir?

I’m thinking about putting in for a East Park Reservoir cow tag this year (there are a couple more cow tags than Grizzly Island).

Has anyone been to or around East Park Reservoir? I have never been.

Yep
The bull in my avatar is from there and I drew it with less than maximum preference points.
No problem finding elk and there's a local ranching lady that'll beg you to shoot the elk on her property.

Isn't the elk hunt at east park a muzzle loader hunt only? Can you use a center fire rifle?

Yes and No
If you hunt the BLR land ( that's the best ) than you must use a muzzleloader.
If you hunt private property with owner's permission, than yes, you can use any legal weapon.
