On private property in LA , it is legal to shoot ferral hogs all year during daylight hrs.The hunting club I belong to only lets us hunt the hogs during deer season and when deer season closes, we can hunt them till the end of March. I noticed that the hogs were rubbing in the used motor oil that was coming off of those logging skidders. Now in one of the pictures it looks like blood on the tree.

Wow nice pig shots ..really clear, it must be that filter on your enclosure. Wow!!! so all I have to do is rub used motor oil on a tree and the Pigs will come a squell'in..HaHaHa. Boy, thats a heck of alot cheaper then buying all those scents for whitetail hunting?
    Thanks for the pictures

He weighed in at 130#. He felt heaver than that when you have to lift him. Hogs in our area can get up to 300#.That is the only hog I saw in the day time. They become creatures of the night as soon pressure is on them.
