Finding legit 6 point typical sheds

How rare is it to find legit typical 6 point sides? We ain't talking about 4 points and 2 little bumps you can barely hang a ring on. Not the 5 point and a kicker, I am talking legit brow tine plus G1-G5 Typical Score.

For me it might be one in every 75 sheds would be a guess. I think its a rare gene pool. Not sure what it would bring on the open market but seems like they would be worth something.
