First Eagle pics.

Well these shots aren't near as good as I'd like but their my first eagles I've seen around here. Their not very common in this area. All these shots were rushed - plus they were taken from all the way on the other side of the river. These guys were a little spooky - didn't give me much time to get my camera settings how I wanted them. I have a teleconverter comming this week - hope to be able to get a little more reach. Taken with D-80 and 70-200mm zoomed all the way. This guy is a little ratty looking LOL.

This immature one cought a fish just after this next shot was taken. Then he landed where I couldn't get any more pics of him. Although this pic is a little blurry - I still like it.

Last pic is of a hawk - exposure and focus is off quite a bit - It'll come with practice...I hope.

Have never seen any eagles around here, yet. Sometimes it is kind of tough to get flying bird shots especially in wooded areas.
