my first roll started fine,  DudeCam1 captured a pic of my 4 wheeler, 1 false trigger at night, one doe the next morn, one doe the next night, 3 pics of paw-in-law on tractor on day 3.   then bam 18 shots of the tree in front of the camera.  i thought i had taken a good roll so i moved the camera and bam 24 pics of yet another tree, but when i walk test it everything seems fine.  i am using 3 nine volt batteries and the cooper P.I.R.

also if i switch batteries could a 12 volt gel cell be used without damage to the relay since the relay is rated 7-9 volts.??? im confused.

DudeCams 2 and 3 were placed into action Saturday and appear to be working fine with only partial rolls being exposed so far.

I use a 12 volt gell cell with my MS20 pir. It has a 9 volt relay and works fine.

Not sure if it would matter with yours or not.
